Separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher as well as an exit to another sunny terrace of 70m², and a third terrace of 100 m², with barbecue, stone table and benches. Very beautiful mosaic bathroom with shower and window. Storage room of approx 25 m² with a washing machine. Next to the 3 mentioned terraces, there are another two approx. 100m² terraces, one with direct access to the lake. From both terraces there are incomparable views of the lake and mountains. Superior floor: dormitory with a double bed and single mattresses as well as access to a 6 m² balcony with a view of the lake and mountains. 2nd bedroom with a double bed and single mattresses and access to a second 6m² balcony with a view of the lake and mountains. 3rd bedroom with a single bed and exit to a third balcony of 6 m² with a view of the lake and mountains. 2nd mosaic bathroom with shower and window. If desired: sheets 10 € per person, towels 5 € per person and domestic animals 20 € per day. The proprietor requires a 30% deposit through bank transfer after confirmation of the reservation. The remaining 70% is paid upon arrival. If there are less than 10 days between the reservation and the arrival date, the entire amount is paid at check-in.
