The “Belmonte Residence” is approx. 900 meters from the beach, 2 km from the centre and 5 km from Luino. Building with several accommodations situated on a calm and sunny hill. Close by there is a tennis court (paying) and a minimarket. There is a nice swimming pool with an area for children and turf within 50 meters. There is no charge for using the swimming pool; the expected open season is from the beginning of June to mid September, depending on the weather. Furthermore, the apartments have access to the sport equipment such as bocha, ping pong table, tennis court, football, and volleyball. All of the apartments have a common roof terrace with views of the lake. Two room well furnished apartment of approx. 50m² with two sunny balconies of 6m² for a maximum of 5 people. There is a common swimming pool. Domestic animals are not accepted. Free parking in front of the building. Distribution of the apartment: small entrance, living room with a fold-out sofa bed for 2 people and satellite TV. Separate kitchen with a service window. Bedroom with 3 single beds which can be joined. Comfortable bathroom with a bathtub, shower and window. 2 covered balconies of approx. 6 m² with views from the lake to the castles of Cannero. If desired: sheets 10 € per person and towels 5 € per person. The proprietor requires a 30% deposit through bank transfer after confirmation of the reservation. The remaining 70% is paid upon arrival. If there are less than 10 days between the reservation and the arrival date, the entire amount is paid at check-in.
