Location description
This establishment is located in an exclusive, peaceful residential area on the slopes of the Fiesole Hills. It is ideally situated close to the historic centre, to the Santa Maria Novella central railway station, and to the Fortezza da Basso conference centre. Guests may reach the city centre easily in a few minutes on foot, by bus or even using the B&B's bicycles to visit Florence's important monuments, museums and art galleries. It is around 8 km to Florence airport and around 90 km to Pisa airport.
Description of the rooms
All rooms are tastefully furnished in typical Tuscan style, are equipped with all amenities and feature king-size or twin beds. One of the rooms has a small balcony and the others feature large windows, so that all rooms are bright. Furthermore, a private bathroom, a TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, a room safe and Internet access are provided in all accommodation as standard. All elements have been created to provide guests with the maximum in comfort and tranquillity.

The B&B is situated near to the city centre and is easy to reach by public transport from the airport or the railway station. Coming from Florence airport, guests may take the bus service from the airport to Santa Maria Novella station. Coming from S.M.N. central railway station, guests may take bus number 1B, towards ""LE CURE"", getting off in front of the station exit. Get off at the stop ""MAFFEI 3"" in front of the B&B at the corner of Via G. Guinizzelli. Coming from the motorway, follow directions to the centre and to the Stadio (stadium). From Piazza della Libertà continue to Piazza delle Cure then take Viale dei Mille. Take the first turning on the left into Via Fra' J. Passavanti, go straight on and at the end of the street turn left into Via Frà Guittone. Take first turning on the right into Via Maffei and you'll find the B&B on the corner of Via Guido Guinizzelli on your left.
