This Tuscan country house dates from the end of the 1500’s, situated on a small hill dominating the surrounding countryside with various farms and the town of Montaione. The 50m² apartment is comprised of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen – living room with a double sofa bed and a small balcony. The apartment is located in the town of Amarrante, within 1 km from Montaione, renowned for the innumerable and charming rural houses spread throughout the entire town, which is located 50 km from the Pisa and Florence airports. The town is connected with the near by train stations of Castelfiorentino (8km) and Empoli (20 km) thanks to the bus service.
The apartment includes an electric oven, TV, parking and exterior space equipped to dine and a small garden. Domestic help upon request. Only small domestic animals are accepted. A vehicle is necessary if guests wish to visit Volterra (25 Km), S. Gimignano (20 Km), Peccioli Museum (18 Km), Siena (40 Km), Lucca (45 Km) and if guests would like to take excursions to the Tuscan Archipelago (100 km). It is possible to combine a trip to the country and the beach in Salivoli (LI). NOTE: to reserve this property the owner requires a 30% deposit through bank transfer within a maximum of 7 days after realizing the reservation. The remaining 70% is paid upon the arrival to the property, at check-in. If the reservation is made within less than 10 days before the arrival to the property, the entire amount will be paid at check-in.
