This bright apartment in Rome is suitable for 6 people and is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. There is an entrance that leads to a bright living-room furnished with a queen size comfortable sofa-bed, dining area with a wooden cupboard. This apartment has 2 bedrooms: first one has a queen size bed, a large wardrobe and it has a tall window providing natural day-light. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (can be joined into a queen size bed), a wardrobe and it also has a tall window making it naturally bright. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking supplies. There are 2 full bathrooms: first one has a bath-tub with shower and it is tiled with white & blue ceramics. The second bathroom has a box-shower and it is also tiled with green ceramics. The action of Trastevere especially centres around the lovely Piazza S.Maria in Trastevere, home to the city's oldest official church. Note:
-The final cleaning is included in the price. An extra cleaning during the week has an additional cost of 10 euros/ hour (minimum 2 hours)
-Late check-in, between 20.30 and 10 am = 50 Euros
- the final price doesn’t include the electricity expenses. In order to book this property, the owner requests a deposit of 50% of the rent by bank transfer in a maximum term of 7 days to count from the date when the reservation has been made. The remaining 50% will have to be paid at the moment of the arrival to the flat when the keys will be handed over.
For reservations made less than 10 days before the arrival, the total payment has to be paid when handing over the keys, when one arrives at the apartment.

It was the location for one of the scenes in the movie â??La Dolce Vitaâ?� by Fellini, and it has become one of the essential stops for tourists who hope to take part in the tradition of throwing a coin in the fountain and having their wish granted, as well as assuring their return to the eternal city. The Plaza del Popolo is considered one of the best urban works of the city.
