Description of the Hotel
Newly opened in the year 2005, this air-conditioned shopping and conference hotel comprises a total of 207 rooms of which 18 are suites, 7 are junior suites, 48 deluxe suites and 138 classic rooms, spread throughout a 15-storey tower with a stunning view. The accommodation is spread over a main building and a 3 annexe blocks. The modern lobby area of the hotel offers its guests a reception area with 24-hour service, a lift, a safe,and a cloakroom. There is also a bar, a café, a TV and lounge room and two restaurants available for use. Guests are also offered the use of WLAN access, a bicycle hire service as well as room and laundry services. The conference centre offers a main room with 300 spaces and 6 further conference rooms, which all feature natural daylight. The hotel additionally offers car parking and garage facilities to its guests.
Location description
The hotel is situated in the centre of Cagliari providing an excellent base from which to explore and Via Dante the shopping street is within steps of the hotel. The nearest beach is some 5 km away. Public transport is located 200 m from the hotel, just a couple of minutes walk away. Transfer to Cagliari Airport takes about 20 minutes (roughly 10 km).

The rooms are soundproof and feature modern, cosy furnishings. They come with a private bathroom, a hairdryer and a double or king-sized bed.
