Description of the Hotel
This family friendly, air-conditioned hotel is situated in a peaceful and quaint area, full of olive groves. The rooms are located in 2 villas and each villa contains 12 accommodation units. The farmhouse has an overall traditional feel. Other facilities include a n entrance hall, a TV room, a café and bar, a restaurant, a playground and parking. For a fee guests can also make use of the hotel's washing service and there are bikes available for hire.
Location description
The hotel is set in an ideal location for daily excursions exploring the beauties of this region. Guests have a choice of areas of architectural interest such as Castel del Monte and Trani with their ancient castles. Guests can enjoy the magical atmospheres of Barletta and Canne della Battaglia, which are the location of epic medieval battles, visit the religious site of San Giovanni Rotondo and explore the salt flats of Margherita di Savoia. Just 2 km from the farm house there is Margherita di Savoia where there are a lot of sandy beaches, thermal baths, shops and public transport.
Description of the rooms
The guest rooms are tastefully decorated in pastel colours with wooden furniture. The en-suite rooms are furnished traditionally according in a modest rustic style and are equipped with hairdryer, air conditioning and heating units, minibar, washing machine, ironing set, refrigerator, colour TV, seating area and balcony/ terrace. All the rooms have either a double or king-size bed.
Entertainment and sports facilities
The hotel offers its guests use of an outdoor swimming pool and children's pool, soccer fields and fitness trail. For a fee guests can use the poolside snack bar, do water aerobics and, during the months of June and July, take part in a swimming course offered by the hotel.

The reception opens between 08:00 am and 22:00 pm. Check in is after 16:00 pm and Check out is before 10:00 am. Small pets are allowed on request.
