With spectacular views of the sea and mountains, villa of two semidetached houses (two houses of 145m²) is located on the border of the town of Russopiti (5 km from Rethymno), very tranquil with a slight incline. The two houses are separated by walls, with part of the garden (240 m²), private parking and independent access. Common swimming pool with deck chairs and an attached plot (540 m²) available for use. Each house has 2 double bedrooms with a shower/WC, 1 double bedroom with a sofa that folds out into a double bed, 1 living room (with a double sofa bed), open chimney, TV and CD player/radio, integrated dining room and an extra dining area in the covered balcony and a kitchen with a guest bathroom. All of the bedrooms have a balcony or terrace and all have white marble floors. (The second house may be reserved under the reference number 6964). There is cleaning service once per week, or a more frequent service may be contracted. A vehicle is recommended. In town there are 3 restaurants, 1 supermarket, 1 school and 1 church. Russospiti is a preferred area for the inhabitants thanks to the relaxed climate at a height of 400 meters. From here, there are two principal streets to Rethymno, one directly to the centre of the city, the other to the motorway and the beach that is 12 km long. Rethymno has many interesting sights for tourist. The Heraklion and Chania airports are within 1 hour. For reservations made with more than 45 days before the arrival: 4 The owner requires 50% of the rent through bank transfer within a period of 7 days after the reservation has been realized. 5 The remaining 50% is paid to the owner through bank transfer up to 45 days before the entrance to the apartment. For reservations made with less than 45 days before the arrival to the apartment: 6 100% of the rent is paid through bank transfer within a period of 7 days after the reservation has been realized. 7 At the arrival to the apartment, only the deposit/guarantee is paid to the owner and then returned to the guest at check-out.
