The apartment has access to the Ocean apartment pool area which includes a swimming pool of 7 x 14 m, a children pool of 3 x 3 m and a fully equipped barbeque area. HE APARTMENT FEATURES: Direct dial telephone, internet access, satellite television including a DVD player. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. 2 Bedrooms: a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom and a fold out bed settee in the open plan living area which can sleep up to three additional persons. 2 large marble bathrooms. 2 Balconies of 18 and 9 square meter respectively, with separate entrance.  Large living room. In the kitchen area, you will find a freestanding cook top and oven, complimented with refrigerator and microwave. All the essential cooking utensils are available for you. The service includes maid service (except on Sundays), towels change and twice a week bed sheets change. The gardeners look after the pools and the gardens, every second day. Guests can also ask for special maid services, cocking services or grocery shopping service. If you do not like to prepare your own breakfast, it will be served to your room on request. The owner requires the payment of 20% of the amount of the rent via Bank Transfer at reservation. The remaining 80% has to be paid at arrival at the delivery of the keys. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival.
