The ground floor apartment of Villa Kallisto covers a total of 72 square meters living space and is perfectly designed for a relaxed family holiday. Guests of Villa Kallisto may enjoy the private pool (5 x 10 m) and stunning views to Pelekas beach. The apartment sleeps up to 6 persons. THE GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT OF VILLA KALLISTO FEATURES: Direct dial telephone, internet access, satellite television including a DVD player. Fully air-conditioned rooms. Two bedrooms and a fold out bed settee in the open plan living area which can sleep additional persons. Large marble bathroom. 18 square meter terrace. Large living room. In the kitchen area, you will find a freestanding cook top with two heating plates, complimented with refrigerator and microwave/oven. Large private pool (5x10 meter). The service includes maid service (except on Sundays), towels change and twice a week bed sheets change. The gardeners look after the pools and the gardens, every second day. Guests can also ask for special maid services, cocking services or grocery shopping service. If you do not like to prepare your own breakfast, it will be served to your room on request. Note: The owner requires the payment of 20% of the amount of the rent via Bank Transfer at reservation. The remaining 80% has to be paid at arrival at the delivery of the keys. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival
