Description of the Hotel
Renovated in 2002, this holiday complex comprises a total of 240 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, in addition to a currency exchange desk, lifts, a newspaper stand, a small supermarket as well as a jeweller. A bar, a large garden area and a TV room invite guests to while away the hours. Furthermore, guests are offered various function rooms to play cards or simply to read. An air-conditioned à la carte Restaurant with non-smoking area and highchairs for children are also offered. Bicycle and car rental is additionally offered in the hotel, providing added convenience. Location description
This hotel lies in a wonderful 95-hectare garden, directly beside the sandy beach. The island's capital, with its many shopping and entertainment venues, is approximately 3 km away and Agios Ionnis is around 25 km away. A regular bus service, located 300 m away, runs to the city centre. The airport is 5 km away and takes around 15 minutes to reach.
Description of the rooms
The centrally heated rooms come with a bath/toilet, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, and satellite/ cable TV. There is a music channel available through the TV. In addition, a minibar/ fridge, air conditioning, a hire safe and a balcony or a terrace are also included.
Entertainment and sports facilities
There is a swimming pool with a separate children's paddling area as well as sun loungers and parasols. These are also available on the beach at no extra cost. Light snacks and drinks are offered to guests in the poolside snack bar. In addition, the hotel includes 2 tennis courts, table tennis, a small basketball court, a badminton court, a football pitch, a volleyball court and plenty of water sports to choose from. Various water sports are available including pedalos or windsurfing (surfing certificate necessary), depending on the weather.
