The hotel was built in 1980 and completely renovated in 2004. There are a total of 35 rooms spread over 4 floors, of which 30 are double rooms and 5 are suites. The hotel's sizeable lobby contains lifts, hotel safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. In addition, there is a TV room, a hairdressers, a nightclub, a café and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area.
