There is a pleasant lobby awaiting guests with a 24-hour reception, lifts, a hotel safe and a currency exchange desk. The range of facilities include a café, a bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant as well as a fitness club and indoor pool. This comfortable hotel is directly linked via walkway to Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 and offers a free shuttle bus to Terminal 5. Terminals 1, 2 and 3 can be accessed by taking the London Underground train directly from Terminal 4.

By car from Junction 3, M4 and Junction 14, M25 follow Heathrow Airports terminal 4 to the Terminal 4 roundabout and exit 3rd sign posted (A30 Central London & Hilton Hotel). Take immediate 1st left to hotel entrance. By underground from terminals 1, 2 or 3 take the London underground Piccadilly Line to terminal 4. At terminal 4 go to the departures level and follow the Hilton sign to covered walkway, a 6-minute walk to the hotel. The hotel operates a free shuttle bus service to and from terminal 5 (subject to change).
