Location description
This hotel is located at the gateway to the Trossachs National Park, where one of Scotland's most famous rogues, Rob Roy McGregor, once roamed. It is an ideal centre for touring the Trossachs, Perthshire and the Highlands. The little picturesque village of Aberfoyle is just 1 mile from the hotel and is host to 3 visitors' centres: the Scottish Wool Centre, the David Marshall Lodge and the Scottish Tourist Board. The historic city of Stirling is only 18 miles away.
Description of the rooms
The rooms are tastefully decorated and feature private en suite facilities, mostly with a shower, as well as a TV, a telephone, central heating and tea and coffee making facilities. As well as having twin and double rooms, the hotel also has triple rooms and family rooms which can sleep up to 4 persons.

Guests arriving from the south should take a motorway network to the M8, follow the signs for Glasgow, then take junction 16 for the A81 and follow it for 27 miles to Aberfoyle.
