Description of the Hotel
These spacious apartments have been developed to provide the highest standard of accommodation. They are set in a choice of traditional Victorian and Georgian townhouses or modern developments chosen for their design and convenient locations. The apartments are available for short- or long-term stays, making them ideal for business, leisure travel and corporate housing. A garden, terrace, safe, lift access and a laundry service (subject to fees) are all provided. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car in the form of a car park and parking garage.
Location description
The apartments are next door to the Scottish Parliament, and near the Royal Palace of Holyrood where Her Majesty The Queen regularly visits together with members of the Royal Family. Immediately across the road is one of Edinburgh's unique visitor attractions, Our Dynamic Earth, which offers fascinating tours and exhibits. All this, together with the many attractions on the Royal Mile itself and the Edinburgh Castle, is a short stroll away.
Description of the rooms
The lounge is fitted with comfortable contemporary furnishings together with satellite/cable TV, a radio, hi-fi system and a DVD player. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, waste disposal unit, refrigerator, freezer, oven and hob, tea/coffee making facilities, ventilation and storage. All the utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware are cleaned and ready for use. Each apartment has a direct dial telephone, and free broadband Internet access. For calls made during their stay, guests will be charged separately. A bathroom, hairdryer, ironing set, double beds, individually regulated air conditioning, heating, a safe deposit box, and either a balcony or terrace also come as standard.
