The apartment is located close to the city centre, only a 15-minute walk from Princes Street, and 10 minutes from the Royal Botanic Gardens, numerous art galleries and other tourist attractions.
Description of the rooms
The apartment comprises 3 double bedrooms, a master bathroom and an en suite with shower. 2 of the bedrooms contain hotel-style zip-and-link beds, which can be arranged as either 2 single beds or 1 super king-size bed in each room. The 3rd bedroom contains a double bed. The apartment features free, unlimited WLAN access and digital TV. A hairdryer, radio, hi-fi system, a kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities, a washing machine, ironing set and heating are all provided.
