Location description
This attractive resort is situated by the New Forest, close to Southampton, Bournemouth and the Isle of Wight, and surrounded by wonderful gardens. The immediate vicinity (with around a 2-km radius), offers the town of Lymington with its winding cobbled streets and numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, pubs and bars. Links to the transport network are also close at hand. Lymington Pier train station is also within walking distance, around 5 minutes from the resort. The nearest airport, Southampton, is 30 km away (45-minute drive), London Heathrow airport is around 135 km from the resort.
Description of the rooms
The tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms come with a bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a TV, tea/coffee making facilities as well as Internet access. There are also ironing facilities available and the rooms all feature a view of the pretty inner courtyard.

Those arriving by car should take the M27 motorway and exit at Junction 1 towards New Forest, Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst. In Lymington follow the signs towards the ferry port to the Isle of Wight. The resort is located on the right hand side, close to the port.
