Location description
The hotel is ideally located on Blackpool Promenade, overlooking the Irish Sea. The sandy beach is just outside the door. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the town centre and only 5 minutes' walking distance from the major bus and train station. Blackpool Airport is 4 km away, and Manchester Airport is 96 km from the hotel.
Description of the rooms
All rooms are en suite with brand-new furnishings and are kept to very high standards, with complimentary toiletries. Some rooms have sea views. Each room has a double bed, and the bathrooms come with shower and hairdryer. Other amenities include direct dial telephone, TV, radio, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set, central heating and a safe.

At the traffic signals turn left onto the A5073 (signposted South Shore, Airport, Lytham St. Annes). At the next traffic signals continue straight onto the A5073 (signposted Promenade). At the next traffic signals turn right onto the A584 (signposted Fleetwood). At the next traffic signals continue straight onto the A584 (signposted Fleetwood). The hotel is located on the sea front, on the right-hand side.
Reception is open 24 hours a day, and there is a night porter service.
