The hotel is situated on the main promenade at St-Annes-on-Sea, directly overlooking the safe sandy beach and promenade gardens. The town centre of St-Annes-on-Sea is a mere 300-metre walk from the rear entrance. The train station and links to the public transport network can be reached within 5 minutes on foot, and the bright lights of Blackpool are just 15 minutes away by car. Blackpool Airport is about 3 km away, and Manchester Airport is approximately 88 km from the hotel.

From Blackpool Airport: Turn left out of the airport; continue to the T junction (lights). Take a left turn, and then turn right at the second set of traffic lights. Take a left at the next T junction; the hotel is about 183 metres further, on the left-hand side. Via Blackpool Airport: Take the M56 (North Wales), then the M6 (North) to the M55. Then take the M55 (Blackpool) to the end, following signs to Blackpool Airport. Pass Blackpool Airport on the left, and then follow the above directions.
Reception is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is closed from the 24th to the 26th of December each year.
