The hotel, with has recently been renovated with loving attention to detail, offering guests a choice of 68 rooms and suites, with lift access, all hotel is non-smoking including all bedrooms and disability-friendly rooms. In the entrance hall guests will find a 24-hour reception desk and a currency exchange service. A choice of dining in Bar 75 which has a 'gastro pub' menu and wide screen TV's showing live sport. Or the Red Pepper Restaurant which has a bistro menu and is family friendly. In addition to this there are 7 conference and banqueting rooms catering for up to 600 delegates theatre style. The hotel is located 15 minutes from Belfast City centre at the gateway to the Causeway Coastal Route, where rugged coastline merges in to deep silent glens. Ideally located for reaching many attractions and areas of natural beauty.

All rooms come with a balcony or terrace, an en suite bath/ shower, a hairdryer, a double or king-size bed, a direct dial telephone, a satellite/ cable TV and a radio. In addition to this a coffee machine as well as an iron and ironing board come as standard. The heating is individually adjustable. All of the rooms are non-smoking.

From Belfast International Airport: Take the A6 to Templpatrick, and then take the M2 in the direction of Belfast. At Whitewell turn off onto the A2. The hotel is approximately 8 km from the Whiteabbey roundabout on the left-hand side. From Belfast City Airport: Take the left-hand exit towards Tillysburn, in order to join the A2, then double back along the dual carriageway towards Belfast. Keep to the middle lane in order to get onto the M3 (signposted as North, M2, M5). Then move into the right-hand lane in order to join the M5. Follow the signs to the A2. The hotel is approximately 8 km left from the Whiteabbey roundabout. From Dublin: Drive from Dublin to Belfast on the M1. Follow the signs for the access road onto the M2 (signposted are North, M2, M5). Keep right then join the M5 and follow the signs to the A2. From the Whiteabbey roundabout the hotel is around 8 km, on the left-hand side.
