The 50m² big vacation rental in the Swiss Saxony has a separated entrance, a lounge with satellite-TV, a radio, a bedroom for 3 persons and an additional possibility to sleep in the living room for 2 persons. The holiday apartment has a separated small kitchen (toaste, coffeemachine etc.), a central heating, a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a hall.
There is a lounge in the garden, a BBQ and a lawn for sunbathing. A parking lot is right next to the house.
The following costs are included: Electricity and water, cleaning, beverages, renting of bycicles, pets after consultation, breakfast on inquiery.
The holiday apartment is located in a quiet zone of the national park "Saxon Switzerland".
Because of the central location of the town you will have ideal possibilities to do tours to various directions such as the "Hintere Sächsische Schweiz", the "Böhmische Schweiz", the "Lausitzer Bergland", Dresden, Burg, Stolpen, Bastei, Festung Königstein, Bad Schandau or Meißen (famous for its porcelain). In order to relax we would suggest visiting the "Dr.-Petzold-Bad" in Sebnitz, the water park of Neustadt and other nearby swimming pools with outdoor area. During christmas time many historic christmas markets open in the surrounding area. Skier also have the possibility to strengthen their skills. Just enjoy vacations in a rural environment.

Bad Schandau (previous to 1920 known as Schandau) is a well-recognized place of leisure and spas in the Sajona Swiss district of Sajonia. The Elba River traverses the city next to the Sajon Swiss National Park. Bad Schandau offers various attractions like “Kienitzschtalbahn,” a train that descends the mountain and links the various trails with the Lichtehain falls. Tourists an explore 1200km of paths and the 1000 summit of the Elbsandsteingebirge Mountain Range. There are also long guided tours for those who do not wish to venture off alone. For the nature lovers, the Swiss Sajona National Park offers vertiginous rocks and gullies, with its particular flora and fauna. Among the numerous cultural activities, you can find the Native Land Museum of Swiss Sajona, the National Park Museum, the Friedrich-Gottlob-Keller museum, the Neumann’s Mill, and the Anthe Kraxler Bastion. One should not miss the steam ships and there are also aquatic sports, nautical activities, in-line skating, gymnasiums, tennis, fishing and horse back riding. If you are looking for an excursion to a nearby city, Meißen offers history, art and the famous Meißen porcelain. Only 1km away you will find a highway that takes you to Bad Schandau. The train from Bad Schandau to Dresden only takes 50 minutes. In Dresden you will find the IC and EC train connections to larger cities. From the Dresden-Klotzsche Airport there are flights to 17 different German cities and 4 European capitals.
