Description of the Hotel
The conference hotel was built in 1987 and has been partially renovated. It consists of a total of 166 rooms, of which 129 are singles and 32 are doubles. The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, a safe, a cloakroom, a lift, a newspaper stand, a shop, a hairdresser's salon and a bar. The inviting restaurant is à la carte and air-conditioned. The conference room and Internet access are available for guests on business. Guests may park their cars either in the hotel car park or in the underground garage. Laundry service and room service are both available.
Location description
The pleasant city hotel is located near to the main railway station in the centre of Dortmund, opposite the exhibition centre "Westfalenhallen", which stages events all year round, for example, the 6 day race . A nightclub, shops, restaurants and bars are all to be found in the surrounding area. It is approximately 15 km to the airport. Dortmund itself is home to significant industrial installations, architecturally note-worthy workers settlements, fascinating museums and glorious views.
