Location description
The hotel is located in the heart of town, just a 5- to 10-minute walk from the lake and the old town. Annecy railway station is a mere 250 m from the hotel whilst Geneve-Cointrin Airport and Lyon's St-Exupéry Airport are 45 km and 125 km away respectively.
Description of the rooms
All the apartments are fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 ceramic hobs, tableware, microwave, fridge, an electric coffee machine, as well as a TV with international channels. A direct dial telephone and WiFi Internet access are available at an additional cost. A bathroom, safe and ironing set are all provided. Some apartments have facilities for disabled guests.

For stays from 1 to 3 nights included, the daily housekeeping is included in proposed rate (short stay) and for the long stays the housekeeping is every 7th day. Cot on request, subject to availability and to be paid on spot.
