The owner requests a prepayment of 30% at the moment of the reservation by bank transfer. The payment of the rest of the rent (70%) 30 days before the entrance in the lodging. For the reservation made less than 30 days before the arrival, the total payment will be done by bank transfer within the 7 following days at the time of the reservation.
