Description of the Hotel
The residence, which was renovated in 2008, has 102 apartments in total. It is the ideal solution for an economic way of renting fully-equipped and furnished apartments for business or tourist stays. It offers apartments for 1 to 2 persons, some appointed with sea horizon deco. The warm and sophisticated living areas offer guests comfort, relaxation and a sense of well-being. The residence also features a lobby and a breakfast room.
Location description
Le Mans lies at the confluence of the Huisne and the Sarthe and is renowned for the world's biggest endurance race. It is known as an art town and historical city, having one of the richest cultural heritages in all of France. Guests can discover the Saint-Julien Cathedral which mixes Roman and Gothic styles, the area inside the Gallo-Roman walls with its wooden houses, as well as the old part of Mans with its picturesque streets and the Saint-Martin Priory. Nantes Atlantique Airport is around 185 km from the accommodation.
Description of the rooms
The studios (1-2 persons) come with kitchenette (microwaves, 2-ring hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, as well as pots and pans), washing machine, convertible sofa bed (sleeps two), table, chairs, office, satellite/cable TV, direct dial telephone, individually-adjustable heating and a bathroom with shower.

From the railway station the residence is about 300 m from the south exit. By bus take line 3, 5, 15, 16 or 20 to the stop Gare (railway station). By car, leave Le Mans centre and head towards Gare sud and Novaxis district.
Check in is Monday to Friday from 8:00h to 12:30h and from 15:00h to 19:00h; Saturday from 08:30h to 12:30h and from 14:00h to 16:00h. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. In case of arrival on these days, please call the reception to obtain some access codes. No breakfast on Sunday and public holidays.
