Location description
This hotel is located in the shopping area of Villeneuve-loubet, just next door to a park and to the rocky beach. Guests can catch a bus from in front of the hotel, or take the train (5 minutes' walk) to visit Nice (10 km), Antibes (5 km), Cannes or Monaco. Guests can also spend a day in Italy, enjoying the market at Ventimiglia, only 1 hour's drive from the hotel. Guests will find restaurants only 500 m from the hotel and it is some 5 km to the bars and nightspots. The hotel is 10 km from Nice Airport.
Description of the rooms
The studios or apartments come with a separate WC and bathroom, and a kitchenette (optional with charge), with a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge. They are also equipped with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a TV, Internet access and an ironing set. Furthermore, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating and a safe are provided in all accommodation as standard.

Guests arriving by car from Nice Airport or Cannes should take the A8 and exit for Villeneuve-Loubet (n°47), then follow signs to the RN 7 for Antibes. Those arriving by train should get out at Villeneuve-Loubet then catch a taxi to the hotel, or walk (following the signs to Antibes).
The check-in time is at 15:00h and the check-out is at 11:00h. Front office is open from 07:00h to 22:00h, except on Sunday 07:00h to 12:00h-14:00h to 21:00h.
