Description of the Hotel
The 5-storey, air-conditioned hotel comprises 28 rooms of which 18 are doubles and 10 are singles. Amongst the facilities count a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a lift in addition to a restaurant, a breakfast room, a bar and a TV room. Location description
This hotel is located at the heart of Nice, just 500 m from the nearest beach and 5 minutes walk from the railway station. An array of shops, restaurants, nightclubs and links to the public transport network may also easily be reached on foot. It is 6 km to Nice airport.

Each of the rooms features a tiled en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar with a fridge, central heating and a safe.

From the airport (situated on the ""Promenade des Anglais"", on the sea front, on the west side of the city, 7 km away from the city centre): 20 minutes by bus, n° 99, last stop train station. By car: from the A8 motorway take the Promenade des Anglais exit, towards Nice Centre / Acropolis (Palais des Congrès). Once driving along the Acropolis take the 5th street to the right. Car park: 50 metres away. From the train station: 5 minutes walk, outside the station turn left to avenue Jean Médecin then right, take 3rd street to the right again, by the church Notre-Dame.
