This residence is located in the heart of the historic town of Nantes, where it fits perfectly into the picturesque district of Place Viarme. The bus station and links to public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity, while the train station is about a 15-minute walk away. A number of attractions including the Chateau Bretagne, the Machine de L'Ile, the famous Passage Pommeraye, the Marche de Talensac and Ile de Versailles are all within walking distance. Nantes Airport is about 15 km away.
Description of the rooms
Fully-equipped apartments (some appointed in a sea horizon deco) for between 1 and 4 persons are available. The warm and sophisticated living areas offer guests comfort, relaxation and a sense of well-being. A bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, kitchenette, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and an ironing set all come as standard.

By tram, take line 3 to the station Viarme-Talensac. From the railway station, exit by north access, take tram line 1 as far as Commerce, and from there take line 3 as far as Viarme Talensac. By car, take the ring road north exit onto Porte de Sautron heading towards centre ville (town centre). Follow the tram line centre ville/Hauts Pavés as far as Place Viarme. Go around the square following the signs for parking and Talensac, then taking the first left.
Check in is Monday to Friday from 8:00h to 12:30h and from 15:00h to 19:00h; Saturday from 08:30h to 12:30h and from 14:00h to 16:00h. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. In case of arrival on these days, please call the reception to obtain some access codes. No breakfast on Sunday and public holidays.
