Property Description
House situated 15 minutes on foot from the historic centre of Montpellier. 150m² with a closed garden of 500m². Guests may enjoy a living room, two bathrooms, two guest bathrooms, two bedrooms of 18m² and 20m² each with a double bed (160x200 and 140x200), as well as a garden where there is also room for two cars.
There is a municipal swimming pool close to the house and an Olympic pool in the centre of the city. Within 5 minutes walking you can access a shopping centre, medical centre and a bus stop.
Enjoy the frequented summer festivities, such as the dance festival, Music of Radio France and of Jazz. There are also beaches close by (10km) in Palavas, Carnon, La Grande Motte, and the medieval city of Aigües Mortes at the doors of La Camargue (20km).
For reservations made 10 days before the arrival date, the owner requires a deposit of 30% through bank transfer. The rest (normally 70%) should be paid at check-in. If the reservation is made with less than 10 days before the arrival date, the entire rent shall be paid at check-in.
