Description of the Hotel

Location description
This hotel is located at the heart of the Technopolis and faces onto the main entrance of the Futuroscope Park and the Congress Palace. It provides easy access to the centre of Poitiers and is an ideal base from which to discover the park's attractions and surroundings. The hotel's vicinity also features various restaurants, bars, pubs and nightspots. It is 5 minutes from the A10 motorway and 15 minutes from Poitiers' train station and Biard Airport.
Description of the rooms
Of the hotel's 200 rooms, 95 are quadruple rooms perfectly suited to families (2 adults and 2 children), 64 are triples (2 adults and 1 child) and 10 rooms are specially adapted for people with reduced mobility. Rooms feature individually regulated air conditioning and heating units as standard. Further amenities include a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, as well as an in-room safe, direct dial telephone, radio, satellite/cable TV, minibar and Internet access.
Entertainment and sports facilities
The hotel's cardio training rooms are open every day, and there is a heated outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, which is open from May to September. A games room is provided for children during school vacations, and there is a children's entertainment programme (fees apply).
