This beautiful 20m2 studio was totally renovated by an architect in 2011 and is located on the third floor (without a lift) of a typical neighbourhood building with a magnificent paved and tree-lined courtyard .It can comfortably sleep up to two people and includes a comfortable double bed, flat-screen television, DVD, and WIFI internet connection for work or leisure purposes. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with everything guests might need during their stay.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.
The metro station Arts et Métiers on lines 3 and 11 is just a five-minute walk away and leads directly to the Châtelet, Opéra Garnier and the Grands Magasins. Only a ten-minute walk from the accommodation there is also the option of line one from the station Hôtel de Ville which takes visitors directly to the most beautiful avenue in the world – the Champs Elyssées. The location of the accommodation at the very heart of the capital also means that the night-life lovers can really experience some quite unforgettable evenings out. There are a whole selection of shops, fashionable bars and restaurants in the surrounding area to satisfy even the most demanding gourmets.
