This beautiful 24m2 study was totally reformed by an architect in 2011 and is located on the second floor (without a lift) of a typical residential building in the area with a magnificent paved and tree-lined courtyard. It has been designed to comfortably sleep up to two people and has a comfortable double bed. There is also a flat-screen television, DVD and WIFI internet connection for work or leisure purposes. The open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped with everything guests might need during their stay. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.
The metro station Arts et Métiers on lines 3 and 11 is five minutes from the accommodation and leads directly to Châtelet, Opéra Garnier and the Grands Magasins. Under ten-minutes from the apartment there is also the choice of line 1 from the station Hôtel de Ville, which heads to the most beautiful avenue in the world -the Champs Elyssées. A location in the heart of the French capital will also allow night-life lovers to experience some really unforgettable evenings out. There are numerous shops, trendy bars and restaurants in the surrounding area to satisfy even the most demanding gourmets.
