Description of the Hotel
Opened in July 2006, this apartment hotel has a garden and a terrace and comprises a total of 70 apartments. The hotel is perfect for longer stays, business guests and for family holidays. The hotel facilities include a 24h reception in summer with trilingual staff, a Wifi connection, a jacuzzi and fitness room free access. A breakfast room, conference facilities, a garage and a laundry are at your disposal.
Location description
The hotel is located at the foot of the medieval town and is a haven of peace and quiet. The town centre is about a 10 min walk away. Guests are free to discover the castles and the vineyards. Countless restaurants, nightclubs and shopping facilities are located in the same neighbourhood as the hotel.
Description of the rooms
The spacious and quiet apartments offer quality service and a living space of between 32 m² and 54 m². The rooms each come with a bathroom with a direct dial telephone wih charge, satellite/ cable TV and an free high speed Internet acces. The rooms also feature a fully-equipped kitchenette with a minifridge, a microwave, a coffee maker and individually adjustable air conditioning. Duplex rooms are equipped with 1 double bed and a double sofa bed and apartment 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed and 1 double or twin beds.

Travelling from Narbonne on the A61, guests should take exit 24 Carcassonne Est. And then take the road in the direction of Limoux. At the Charlemagne roundabout drives in the Centre Ville, Camping de la Cité direction. The residence is on the left after 800 m (the building is grey/beige/brown). If travelling from Toulouse on the A61, take exit 23 Carcassonne Ouest. Take the direction Centre Hospitalier, Camping de la Cité. Turn left the residence is on the left after 400 m (the building is grey/beige/brown).
Up to 1st October 2007 until 31st March 2008 opening hours change: it opens from 7:30 am till 9 pm from Monday until Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays opens from 8 am until 12 am and from 2 pm until 6 pm. If you arrive out of these opening hours: please phone the hotel and it will give you the code to enter the hotel and other one to take the key in a safe.
