This charming hotel was renovated in 2003, and includes a 500-m² garden, as well as a 4-storey building with a total of 45 rooms, of which 18 are singles and 27 are doubles. Various facilities are available to guests including a foyer with a 24-hour reception, a lift, a safe, a cloakroom and a currency exchange facility. Additional facilities include a café, a bar, a TV room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant, a conference room, an Internet terminal and a garage. Guests may also park their cars in the public car park in front of the hotel (which is not reserved for guests). The hotel offers its own laundry service and medical assistance if necessary.

This city and beach hotel is only 300 m from the beach and just minutes from the harbour and the popular promenade of La Croisette. It is located on the outskirts of the historical area of Suquet.
