Description of the Hotel
The building was built in 1930 and has been completely renovated in 2007, and it provides guests with lift access. It comprises 19 attractive rooms, all recently redecorated to a very high standard, which face the ocean and benefit from a panoramic view over Biarritz's famous Grande Plage. They can accommodate up to 4 persons. The reception desk in the entrance hall is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the hotel offers high-speed Internet access. The restaurant opens for midday and evening meals and features a terrace and panoramic view of the ocean. There is also a bar, with terrace and panoramic view of La Grande Plage. The municipal car park (charges apply) is just 10 m from the hotel, which is completely air-conditioned. The hotel also offers a luggage handling service and laundry service (charges apply), as well as room service (breakfast and dinner, for a small additional fee). The hotel is situated on Place Bellevue, a completely pedestrianised and recently paved square in the heart of Biarritz, just a short walk from the centre and commercial district of Biarritz. Description of the rooms
All the rooms situated between the 1st and 4th floors enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the ocean. Recently fitted out, they have been to design an extremely high level of comfort. Some are equipped with hydro-massage showers, others with a bathtub; Some on the 3rd floor feature 20 mē balconies, offering customers private space in which to soak up the sun. All the rooms are equipped with cable television, a direct dial telephone and an en suite bathroom, as well as a safe, a dressing gown and toiletries. Guests will find a welcome tray in their room with tea and coffee. Ocean rooms include a shower or bathtub: from 15 mē to 20 mē in size, on the second to the fourth floors, featuring plate glass window looking out over La Grande Plage (clear view, overlooking the ocean). Twin beds or a double bed come as standard. In addition, a cot may be provided (on request) for babies under 3 years old. Junior Suite Ocean triple: Rooms from 19 mē to 25 mē in size, to be found between the first and second floors. Plate glass windows look onto La Grande Plage (clear view, overlooking the ocean).
