Stupendous rural house of Périgord in the town of Daglan, around 15km from SARLAT LA CANEDA and 50 km from Cahors. Comprised of a very comfortable living room with sofas and stools, table, etc. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs. Bathroom with a shower and separate WC. In the garden there is a large swimming pool (10m x 5m) where guests may take a swim and at the same time enjoy the views of the surrounding landscape. There is also trekking, bicycling, golf and tennis. There are two rivers to take a swim: the Dordogne and the Céou. A tranquil and sunny area with a beautiful landscape and proximity to many sights: Castles: BEYNAC, LES MILANDES (castle of Joséphine Baker), CASTELNAUD, the prehistoric museum in EYZIES DE TAYAC and of course, the caves of LASCAUX, PADIRAC y PROUMEYSSAC. Sheets and towels: 13€/person (price not included in the rent). Note: accommodation tax: 0,25 cts per person (more than 14 years old) per day, not included in the rent).   The owner requires the payment of 30% of the remaining balance via Bank Transfer at reservation.
