This charming hotel was opened in the year 2004 and comprises a total of 25 rooms. In addition, there is a reception area, which is open around the clock, as well as a currency exchange desk. The fully air-conditioned hotel features a conference/ meeting room, an in-house newspaper stand, a laundry service and a café serving drinks and snacks.

Location description
This modern hotel lies directly on the beach promenade of the medieval city of Dubrovnik extremely close to Dalmatia's south coast. The hotel affords wonderful views of the coastline and the beach is a mere 50 m away. Links to the transport network can easily be reached with a bus station foot lying about 100 m away. A post office, a restaurant and bars to be found within walking distance and the tourist centre is 3.5 km away.
