4/10 - Nous avons été très déçus par une série de détails : personne de contact ne parlant pas d'anglais, pas de français pas d'identification sur la sonnette, draps peu propres , très bruyant surtout la nuit et puis essentiellement plus d'eau chaude après une panne du boiler à partir de mercredi après-midi. Un plombier est venu fermé la vanne de gaz à minuit et puis plus rien malgré nos coups de fil à la personne de contact.

The owners of the apartment were very helpful. They gave us a map, and although the first day, not knowing anything about berlin, we felt like the city was ours. We can't thank them enough for the accommodation.

Really nice, light apartment with sunny balcony. A bit out of the trendy centre but still amongst plenty of life in the immediate area and a good U-bahn connection very close by. Only down side was the broken cot but the helpful contact person found us a temporary solution.

The apartment was ok, but there were some minor things that could be improved, the lamp was broken and the baby bed was a bit difficult to put back together. The location was perfect, as I was working near by. The contact person was really nice, and very helpful. There was a bit of confusion about the deposit, as the contact person didn´t seem to know what was needed but then I looked online and saw it on your website. Perhaps things could be communicated a bit clearer.
