It was by reading these positive evaluations that made me choose this appartment & now it’s my turn to prove it. Our stay in Barcelona turned out to be a wonderful family holiday. Appartment is situated in a calm area, public transportation & groceries just nearby. It’s spacious,clean,complete,comfortable: homy I would say. D & his daughter (M) knows what hospitality industry really has to offer.They are very attentive to their guests. They even helped us when we had a small problem with our car. All the information you would like to know are neatly documented & prepared upon arrival. Regarding the beach, I would suggest you visit Sitges. Just 30 minutes away. No hesitation to give a perfect 10 for this evaluation. We would like to come back. A ne vraiment pas manquer à Barcelone!

excellent host, daughter was brought along to translate what information D had to give us. The apartment had every useful thing you could ever need on your holiday (including ladies "stuff"). There was so much information in the apartment, which D and daughter went through with us once we had arrived - plenty of tips about the metro, local restaurants etc. One tip from me - make sure you go on the NIGHT tour bus, 2 1/2hours at 9.30, but well worth it - our 11 year loved it too

Ideal pour familles, le logement se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très agréableé Il est propre et bien divisé, la climatisation est efficace (point important en perdioe estivale!). Avec un marché ouvert tous les matins, un supermarché à 2 pas, boulangerie, boucherie etc..., le sejour a été très facile à organiser coté restauration. La sagrada familia et le parc guel se font très bien à pied depuis l'appartement. Le propriétaire est des plus sympathiques, très accessible et aux petits soins pour nous. Merci D! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelone et l'appartement nous a beaucoup plu. Tout est prévu pour un maximum de confort, que ce soit pour un court ou long séjour, il est très bien conçu et très agréable. De plus, propreté irréprochable. Nous l'avions choisi car il dispose d'une place de garage et que le métro est à deux pas. Plans, infos diverses, conseils, etc sont aussi à disposition. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre contact a également participé à notre satisfaction. 20 sur 20! Une adresse à garder;
