Proprietaire vraiment tres sympa, l'appartement etait conforme au photos, situé à 200m du metro et 5 min apied de la sagrada familia. Cleui ci est pour le prix tras bien , grand et bien agencé il y avait meme tous les ustensible, drpa... de fournis.

Ein Mangel bei der Unterkunft ist die schlechte Luft (v.a. Küchen- und Abfallgerüche), die bei geöffneten Fenstern in die Wohnung zieht. Da kann sicher niemand etwas dafür, ist aber doch ziemlich störend. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal, der Lärmpegel war duch die Nachbarn relativ hoch.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmt mit vorgefundenen Wirklichkeit überein. Das Haus ist (wie in fast allen spanischen Wohnhäusern) recht hellhöhrig, von ausgelassenen Partys sollte man daher absehen. Strassenlärm ist nicht zu hören, da die Wohnung in den Hinterhof liegt. Auch bei Sonne braucht man manchmal Licht, da die Ausrichtung der Wohnung nur wenig Lichteinfall zuläßt. Der Hausverwalter ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Seine Tipps zum Verhalten in der Stadt und interessanten Lokalitäten waren sehr hilfreich. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
