Accomodation and location were what we were expecting. My only complaint was that we arrrived for our 4.30 rendez-vous. At 5.10 still no-one had arrived to let us in. I was there as the only adult with two children and heavy luggage and so this was rather stressful. Eventually managed to find a working phone to contact the appartment owner/rep. He arrived very soon afterwards and was in fact very helpful, but still!!!! Despite this I would use this appartement again.

the position is the best in barcelona.the apartment is not very big(but we were 4 person,in 2 is perfect) but there is all the necessary for a good accomodation.

Accommodation itself was very good but we had very noisy neighbours upstairs. Sound seemed to travel very easily. Otherwise really happy with accommodation. Really liked the place, very central to everything. Thanks for everything. Breda English

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé calme (peut-être dû au fait que nous sommes parti en décembre) très bien équipé. Seul bémol ne comptez pas manger sur le patio il s'agit en fait d'une ouverture de 1M50 donnant sur les fenêtres des voisins (avec des odeurs plutôts nauséabondes). Sinon le reste nikel. Un conseil si vous réservez : choisissez le quartier gotique.

Mucho menaje de hogar. Todo muy nuevo, limpio y correcto. Echamos a faltar sin embargo una persiana que tapara la luz en la habitación. Al ver la fachada da miedo entrar, pero el apartamento está muy bien reformado.

The appartement was well furnished with all necesary items to have a comortable stay, although dark as it has no windows leading to the street. Situated in the \"casco viejo\" de Barcelona, bars, restaurants, shops just stepping out of the door which is great! The only annoying thing about the appartment: when windows of the upper apartments are open you can hear every spoken word...

Well lighted equipped and furnished.All appliances bright and new,including welcome washing machine .Good beds.Good grocery 100 meters upAvinyo.Bakery,shops,good place to eat all right there around George Orwell Sq(that is where to tell the taxi to take you)close but not too close to Rambles.Worried about getting deposit back for 6AM Departure on Sun-no problem to waive it for responsible respectable couple.Nice young woman met us 3 min after call.Pay phone steps away.All better than we expected.(quibbles a second bath towell for a week stay would have been nice and some noise down light well from upstairs rental)Best was excellend quite air conditioner.Do not be put off by narrow stairs-only one floor up.Can not do any better for quite in bussy alive city.Totaly happy with choice

A very nice appartment,clean and well equipped.It did not have a lot of natural light but this was not a problem and in the hotter times of the year probably an advantage.It is very well situated,close to shops and good resturants.We would happily stay there again.

le seul point noir est le manque de lumière naturelle, et le terme de \"patio\" dans votre description laisse imaginer bien autre chose que le goulot d'un mètre carré qui ne s'ouvre pas sur le ciel et qui sent mauvais... autrement l'appartement lui_même est très propre et très bien situé, propriétaire très gentil et accueillant

The apartment was very clean and relatively quiet. The contact person was extremely helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the ability to walk to Las Ramblas, to stores, and restaurants. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. This apartment is on the shore-end of Las Ramblas, which is not the safest end of the street. However, we did not have any issues with safety even though on several occaisons we walked back to the apt close to midnight. We traveled with children and felt comfortable with the area.

The apartment was very nice. Recently refurbished, clean, and very comfortable, with central air conditioning / heating. Not a lot of natural light, but it is right in the heart of the Gothic area, with restaurants and shops close by . It was surprisingly quiet considering its central location. Being at the back of the building probably helped, which was handy as we had a young child with us. It seemed to be in a very safe area. The apartment owner was very helpful,and was keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our lack of Spanish, and his lack of English didn't cause any problems !
