Centrally located three bedroom apartment in Barcelona

Accomodation was very good. The beds could have been more comfortable. Spacious and nice terrace. Equipment was sufficient. Very clean. Good location, but not charming neighbourhood.

The apartment was very good, although my main disappointment was I thought it was advertised as a 4 bedroomed apartment but only three rooms were available and I had to share with my daughter. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The owner was very helpful. I found the door to the apartment difficult to open. The apartment was well located in a pleasant area with good access to town and beach and with a supermarket across the road. My children, parents and myself all liked the apartment. There was also a lift.

It was exactly as described. I would only suggest that maybe a hairdryer was made available - and maybe more hand towels (there was only 1), and bath mats (there werent any at all). Apart from that it was excellent.

The apartment was in a nice neighborhood. It was close to the Metro with a short walk to many of the sights. It had good restaurants and a supermarket close by.

Accommmodation was very clean and tidy. Good facilities,layout and size. However bed in master bedroom creaked a lot and toaster did not stay locked down. Contact person informed before we left and will look into it for the next clients. Also there was no juicer as stated

Our party of 6, that stayed in Barcelona for 4 days, liked this accommodation. All rooms were very clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. Our contact person - Javier provided good service and was very helpful.

ad un passo da tutto..divertimenti e cultura.la casa è grande,pulita e bellissima, fornita di tutto ciò che serve in cucina, unica pecca non c'e una ventola nel bagno cieco.

L 'appart est bien situé, calme, spacieux , propre , bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la ponctualité , la disponibilité , la gentillesse du proriétaire qui nous a accueilli.

Apartment was not very well equipped for 5 people, although layout and accomodation was good. Location was OK - within walking distance of most of the city, but be aware you are on the direct route to the hospital - ambulance sirens day and night!

The flat was large and fairly spacious. No sun on the balcony until afternoon. Lots of noise from ambulances in the street as the flat is on the hospital route. Very creaky parents bed!Metro station very handy but we avoided the Metro after a pickpocket attempt within half an hour of arrival. We used taxis instead and I would reccommend that anyone using this flat pays a little extra and takes a taxi from the airport. By the end of the holiday we were taking taxis everywhere as they are cheap and plentiful. We walked to the beach area and the unfinished cathedral from the flat, no problem.The flat building is quiet as it's occupied by Spanish residents who need to get up for work and so it felt a little intrusive to enjoy ourselves on the balcony late at night. Javier was pleasant and helpful.

Leider ist die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Gläsern und Handtüchern sehr dürftig. Lage der Wohnung ist gut, man kann wenn möchte, vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Da die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße liegt, ist es natürlich recht laut. Ein Tipp von uns: die beiden hinteren Schlafzimmer sind für einen erholsamen Schlaf empfehlenswerter.

location was reasonably quiet for a city and the walk to the centre of town was a pleasant 15 mins taking in the main park. The appartment was more spacious than we expected and the balcony was of a good size so all six of us could sit comfortably outside

Très bonne situation, un peu de bruit, mais c'est la ville, donc rien d'anormal, idéal pour 3 couples , petite tersse agréable après une bonne journée de marche.

Javier was very helpful and friendly. He provided a lot of very useful advice. The apartment was in a residential area. It was very clean and well-equipped. The access to the apartment was secure. I would certainly recommed this accommodation.

E' proprio come nella descrizione: é pulito e confortevole. La vicinanza dei supermercati e della metro sono ulteriori comoditá anche per famiglie con bambini. Il proprietario é cordiale, preciso e disponibile. [Qualche asciugamano di scorta potrebbe essere utile per lavare i bambini.] The apartment is just as descripted, clean and comfortable. The supermarkets and tubetrain station nearby are a plus, also for families with children. The owner is friendly and helpful. [Some spare towel could be useful for families with children.]

The apartment is very nicely located and close to the Metro. Walking distance to Sagrada and Port Olympic. Two supermarkets within 100 meters. AC in the apartment works nicely (at least when outside temp ~30 C) and the apartment contains basically everything you need for a short visit (laundry, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, tv, stereo etc).
