Ein schönes Apartment in einer hervorragenden Lage mit einer guten Betreuung durch die sehr nette Kontaktperson. Ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Gave us the freedom to come and go as we liked. We were advised that the stairs were steep but it kept us fit for the few days we were there. Everything was fine, clean, comfortable and matched the description on the website.

Ottima sistemazione delle camere. Nel salone c\'� anche un tavolo da pranzo comodo se � in tanti. La cucina era dotata di tutto l\'occorrente. Ottimo per ci� che riguardava la pulizia. La proprietaria era molto disponibile e ci ha accolto senza problemi anche se siamo arrivati dopo la mezzanotte.

Sehr sauber, vollständig eingerichtet- schön war, dass so Kleinigkeiten wie Zucker, Salz, Essig und Öl in der Küche vorhanden waren. Betten waren sehr gut. Alles wirklich ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung liegt zudem in einem lebendigen, spannendem Viertel.

The accommodation was better than I expected after looking at the photo's on the web site and reading the description. It had everything we needed for a great holiday and comfortable stay. The flat was spacious and spotlessly clean. This was my first time in the Gracia district and it was so much nicer than the tourist areas in town. yet it was still easy to get anywhere walking or by bus or metro. The street was treelined and did not have a lot of traffic. There was a good selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, clothes shops, cinema, internet cafes and so on the street. The noise level was what I expected of Barcelona and being a residential area it quiter earlier than other parts of town I've stayed in. The contact person couldn't have been easier to deal with and was very accomdating with our early arrival and departure times.

This is a return visit for us. The flat is very well positioned in the vibrant Gracia neighbourhood. It is a great location to explore the city but escape the tourist areas when you want something a bit quieter. Hosts are very helpful and welcoming and gave us lots of uselful tips to help us make the most of our time in the city.

Für uns war es das erste mal Barcelona. Gracia ist ein wunderbares Wohnviertel und der Teil der Verdi, indem das Appartment liegt ist toll. Zur Straße tobt noch um Mitternacht das Leben, jedoch die Schlafräume liegen nach hinten und man kann geschafft vom Sightseeing auch vorher todmüde ins Bett fallen und ruhig schlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gerade richtig für eine Familie, wie wir, mit zwei großen Kindern. Ana Maria hat für ihre Gäste alle Informationen perfekt in englisch aufgearbeitet und hat uns sehr umsorgt.

The apartment is very well located - not right in the centre of things, but not too far either - and is very clean, well furnished and comfortable. Bedrooms are quiet at night. A few minor things in the apartment did not work, but not critical. Anna was very friendly and accomodating. She even had a handy file of info on Barcelona. I would recommend the apartment to others and use it again myself!

The accommodation was clean and as described in the advertisment. The location was good and it was easy to travel to other areas of Barcelona. The street noise was a little more than expected but still ok. The contact person was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this appartment to others !!

The location in the Gracie is terrific. It's a great neighborhood by itself with several squares and parks (for kids and adults alike) within walking distance. Metros are only 3-5 walks away. The apartment is clean and spacious. The owner is wonderful and very helpful. We took two little kids and if we go back, we'd want the same apartment.

This was an excellent flat, in a superb location. I was worried looking at the map that we might have been too far from central Barcelona, but it turns out that Barcelona is actually a fairly small city with a great subway service so it's no problem to walk or tube it into town. Loads of nice little shops and restaurants nearby and equally lots of typical Spanish bars and squares. Outstanding.

Ruhige Schlafzimmer, geräumiger freundlicher Wohnessraum mit sehr guter Ausstattung, in schönem Viertel mit Einheimischen und sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gelegen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The flat was a fantastic base to explore the city and the neighbourhood of Gracia. Gracia is a vibrant area, but bedrooms were peaceful. Perfect for a couple or family. Lots of thoughtful touches to make it feel homely. The hosts could not have been more helpful or welcoming and are happy to share their knowledge of the area with you.
