The apartment was in an ideal location next to the beach and transport links. it had all the amenities we needed and was clean and tidy on our arrival. the contact person was very friendly and reliable.

Our experience with the landlord was very positive. He was there to meet us ahead of the scheduled time, and all of our interactions with him were excellent. The location is perfect if you are looking for an authentic \"local\" experience. We were able to walk to all of the shops, cook our own meals, and walk to the beach and public transportation.

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. It is in a great location for visiting all the sights of Barcelona and perfect for the beach. The only real problem we had was it was so noisy at night it was not possible to sleep with the windows open, but that could be down to us living in a very quiet rural area and not being used to the noise of a city. Security in the apartment is first class and the contact guy was helpful and friendly, we were able to leave our suitcases in the apartment until it was time to leave for the airport which gave us an extra day to visit the city. One thing we did miss from our home was the fact the apartment has no kettle, making hot drinks is a bit of a bind with a pan of water, this seems to be normal in Europe as we have recently visited both France and Italy and had the same problem. In general though we would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to get a real feel of life in Barcelona.

The apartment was lovely, modern inside and clean. We were very comfortable there - the shower is good and powerful and can be fixed to the wall now! It is only 2 minutes walk to the beach and also close to lots of restaurants, shops and the market. Just right for 2 people.

Alloggio adatto per una famiglia con un bambino piccolo. Molto funzionale e in zona tutto sommato silenziosa. Particolarmente gradita, d'estate, l'aria condizionata. La persona di contatto è stata gentile ed attenta ai bisogni degli ospiti. In definitiva il giudizio è positivo.

Superb location. Very close to the beach and close to the center. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhoud. Daily market with fresh fruit, meat, vegetables, fish,... around the corner. The appartment is very clean, well equipped and ideal for a stay with 2 persons. The owner was extremely friendly and helped us in every possible way (luggage on the last day was stored in his appartment, guided us the first evening to a fine restaurannt,...). We certainly recommend this appartment.

Wohnung liegt Zentral-nähe von Bus-u. Metro,direkt am Strand.Für einen Kurzurlaub nur zu empfehlen. Nur das Bett läßt zu wünschen übrig-für manche vielleicht ein wenig zu klein. :). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Würden immer wieder kommen- die Stadt ist fantastisch.

Es gibt überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Alles wie beschrieben, sehr nett. Restaurants, Bus, U-Bahn, Supermarkt alles gut zu erreichen. Mit 2 Personen ist die kleine Wohnung allerdings voll! Achtung, das Treppenhaus ist wirklich eng!

Apartment was just right for the two of us and well positioned for walking/buses to city. Kitchen equipment was limited but adequate. The heater was welcomed because the evenings were cold. Generally B'neta was a quiet area (apart from the bin lorry at 4.00am: but that's city life!)and we had no problems with pickpockets etc. We would book it again.

Every thing was very nice, clean, and accomidating. The shower how ever is not what im used to, its the type that u have to hold in your hand and the hot water is tough to guage. I was satesfied greatly wiht everything else, This apartment is close to some really good restaraunts and steps away from the Mediterranean sea, its really beautiful, close also to a couple of good clubs definently in walking distance. I would highly recomend staying here the price is great and the location is great also other than the shower I had absolutely no complaints. The land-lady was on time and nice. the kitchen is quite capable and the refregirator is big, good for storage. Stay here its worth it and you will love it

Liebevoll eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung mit allem Dingen (sogar Fön), die man braucht. Manchmal nachts ein bißchen laut, aber die geschlossenen Fenster isolieren sehr gut den Schall. Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen optimal. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf gibt´s um die Ecke. Die Metro, die Ramblas, Gotisches Viertel und den Zitadellen Park erreicht man zu Fuß spätestens nach 15 Minuten. Der Strand ist sogar nur 100 Meter entfernt. Immer gerne wieder

The apartment was great for our needs and so close to the beach. The stairs are a bit narrow, but it keeps you fit! The facilities provided were excellent, a hair drier was provided which wasn't mentioned on the information, it's useful to know for us girls! Overall excellent value for money.

The accomodations were fabulous. They were clean and tidy when we first arrived and all amenities were provided. It was warm and sunny with the added advantage of airconditioning if it got too hot. The contact person was there ahead of schedule and she was extremely helpful and asked how things were when we later ran into her on the street.
