Three bedroom apartment, centrally located in Barcelona.

Unterkunft sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet mit allem Notwendigen; nachts kann es vom Schlafzimmer, welches zur Straße Argenteria liegt, bei offenem Fenster durch die Fußgängergeräuschkulisse etwas lauter werden, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster und auch in den beiden anderen Schlafzimmern ist es sehr ruhig. Das Appartement liegt sensationell verkehrsgünstig, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt sind in Fussdistanz oder per Metro schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement allen sehr empfehlen.

This apartment is in one of the best streets in Barcelona, lively,safe and tons of restaurants within 30 secs. I would most deffinately recomend this place. The clothes washer is a big plus

The flat was very nice, in an excellent location. It was very clean and of a good size. The only down points were the bathroom had a slightly damp smell (although appeared clean). Also the kitchen knives were rubbish which was a bit annoying as buying food in the market to cook at home was much nicer and cheaper than the food out. Booking, arriving and departing were all very straightforward. We had a great time there.

Appartamento molto pulito, in ordine e fornito in modo da poter soddisfare i bisogni primari e con tutto ciò che serve per vivere.Un po troppo costoso però, altrimenti sarei rimasta per tutti i 10 mesi di mia permanenza a Barcellona.

Everything was perfect ... clean, functioning, spacious and with great views from the balcony. Only minor criticism is that the flat often smelled of drains (maybe because there was no u-bend), and also the kitchen equipment was a bit spartan (e.g. could have done with more pots / bowls / sharp knives / grater /colander / garlic press etc etc). Finally it is noisy, but then it is the Born ! The owners were busy putting in thicker windows when we were there so it should improve. Also, the two single bedrooms rooms at the back are quiet. Otherwise perfect, and the owners were lovely and really helpful. It was great to bring a baby too as the owners provided a cot, high chair and a few other baby things. Thank you for a great stay.

This was a beautifully updated building in the Born historical area, just a few steps from the Santa Maria del Mar Church, the Picasso museum, and the Jaume 1 Metro station. -- The front bedroom of the apartment is a little noisy as the street is active with sellers and tourists until 1 or 2 each night. Some \"hippies\" sat right on the front step of the building every night but except for their painfully bad singing they were not a problem. --- There are plenty of good restaurants within just steps of the apartment so if you want to venture out it is easy and not too expensive. The kitchen has a stove top but no oven so you won't be making elaborate meals in. The clothes washer is the standard European style and the dryer is a clothes line outside the window of the second bedroom. The on-site management was always very gracious and helpful. -- I traveled in from the airport on the Metro train, transferred to the yellow line at Passaig de Gracia and walked about one block from the Jaume stop to the apartment building. This was after a transcontinental flight from Seattle to NYC, a layover at JFK then a transatlantic flight to Barcelona... even that tired the train to town was easy and simple.

Very clean, very cozy, everything in good condition. Great location in the very lively Born district. Quiet--closing the windows blocks out 99% of the street noise. Building has security cameras and an elevator. Metro station is a small block away. Owners were very responsive both via email and in person.

I usually stay in hotels when I go on a city break but I must say the appartment was brilliant, we had plenty of space and it was very secure. The location was ideal and I would definitely stay there again & recommend it to others

Excellent !! Juste un peu bruyant dans la rue le soir tard mais pas gênant pour le séjour. Un accueil agréable, un appartement idéalement placé pour visiter BARCELONE. Une équipe sérieuse. A recommander à toute personne voulant visiter BARCELONE. BRAVO.

Better than expected in general appearence/condition. Blackout curtains excellent. Better noise proof windows would be an improvement but for old town Barcelona..just take yr ear plugs if you're too old like us to be out in it! Contact person on site excellent, responded to request to fix shower quickly. Drains a bit whiffy.

Very well equipped,beautifully kept apartment,in excellent central location. There is quite a lot of noise from the street at the front but in some ways it only added to the atmosphere. Single bedrooms at back were quiet. Only thing missing - a tea pot. Would definitely recommend. We'll be back.

This apartment was in a good location. The person we dealt with in check in was very accomodating. We got there early in the am and he was able to let us in early. The place was clean and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Would rent the apartment again.

The location is right up in the mix, right where you want to be. The remote control A/C was very cool. Beautiful view from the balcony. There are a lot of merchants right on the street in front of you always something interesting to watch.

Eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung und zentraler Lage.Der Service im Haus war sehr freundlich und sehr zuverlässig. Wünsche bezogen auf die Wohnung wurden umgehend erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen und die umliegenden Restaurants auch.Bei unseren nächsten Besuch in Barcelona werden wir erneut versuchen uns in diesem gepflegten Haus einzumieten.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ideal gelegen. Das Doppelzimmer war laut, die beiden andern nicht. Die erwähnten Balkone sind 60 cm resp. handelt es sich um begehbare Fenster mit Geländer. Küchenwerkzeuge gibts nur wenige. Sehr gute Bett- und Badzimmerwäsche vorhanden und nach 3 Tagen bereits ersetzt. Absolut empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Josef (Schweiz)

A perfect flat at a very central place. Some noice from the trafic (but what to expect in central of a town). Small details were thought of: Lot of toilet paper, a bottle of water in the fridge when arriving etc.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung in optimaler Lage in einem sehr attraktiven Viertel in Born, das Schlafzimmer zur Straße kann v.a. am Wochenende nachts durch die sehr lebendige Straße beeinträchtigt werden - die beiden anderen sind sehr ruhig.
