Description of the Hotel
Superbly located, this hotel was opened in 2005. The hotel affords modern architecture and much attention has been paid to detail. The elegant 7-storey hotel comprises a total of 241 rooms including two suites and facilities include a 24-hour reception, hotel safes, a currency exchange counter, a bicycle hire service, lifts and Internet access (WLAN access point). In addition, there is a cosy bar and a restaurant serving delectable cuisine and featuring highchairs for infants. In addition, a laundry service and room service are offered. Parking is to be found outside the hotel.
Location description
This appealing hotel lies in the immediate vicinity of Vienna's MessezentrumWienNeu exhibition centre. The exhibition halls, congress centre and a selection of the city's sights of interest such as the Prater may be easily reached on foot. A selection of shopping and entertainment venues are to be found nearby. Guests travelling by car need only follow the signposts for Vienna MessezentrumWienNeu exhibiton centre although the hotel is also easily reached by public transport. Approximately 500 m from Vienna's north train station, the number 21 tramline stops directly in front of the hotel and the U1 underground line is just a ten-minute walk away. From 2008 onwards, guests will be able to take advantage of the U2 underground line, which will run from directly before the hotel to the city centre and nearby football stadium.
Description of the rooms
Guests are able to relax in the welcoming, airy rooms whilst enjoying views out over the city centre and the Prater that lies directly beside the hotel. The rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone with voicemail, an Internet connection, satellite/cable TV, a minibar, individually regulated air conditioning and a hire safe. Business rooms with WLAN and first-rate fittings are located on the top two floors. Non-smoking rooms and rooms with connecting doors are also available to guests.
