Very close by, visitors will find the street Wiedner Hauptstraße, where various streetcars pass by, such as 62 and 65 which arrive in the city centre in just a couple of minutes. The bus 13 A, which passes by the Lambrechtgasse, is a great alternative for the trip to/from the airport, given that the apartment is well connected with Südbahnhof, where the buses arrive from the airport. The apartment has 44m² with a maximum capacity of 6 people. There is a bedroom with two single beds 90x200cm and extra mattresses for two extra people. In the living room there is a fold-out sofa bed for two people. The apartment is equipped with: small stereo system/CD, dishwasher, radio, kitchenware, vacuum cleaner, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge, stove, hair dryer, fans and TV. Note: No smoking or domestic animals. Arrival time: After 14:00. Departure time: Before 11:00.
NOTE: In order to book this property, the owner requests a deposit of 30% of the rent by bank transfer in a maximum term of 7 days to count from the date when the reservation has been made. The remaining 70% will have to be paid at the moment of the arrival to the flat when the keys will be handed over.
For reservations made less than 10 days before the arrival, the total payment has to be paid when handing over the keys, when one arrives at the apartment.
