The building is situated in the beautiful Fendels, in the Oberland/Kaunertal of Tirol. In winter, it offers a small family ski slope which you can get to in approx. 6 minutes. There are 5 larger slopes close by, such as Kaunertaler Gletscher and Fiss-Serfafus. During the summer months, this is an ideal starting point for excursions - you can get a pass to enjoy all the leisure installations for free.
The apartment has approx. 70m² and is comfortably equipped: two separated bedrooms with 3 beds each, comfortable kitchen-dining room, shower/WC, separate WC and a balcony with panoramic views. We also offer for our guests’ daily fresh bread, living room with darts, soccer table, children’s room and private parking. During the summer months there is a ping-pong table, sandbox, swings and terrace with a barbecue.

Location Description
The town of Fendels arises 500 meters from the base of the valley, in the magnificent Tyrolese region of Oberes Gericht. Surely this mountain population can be considered a typical village: with a population of 255 inhabitants it is the smallest town hall of the Tirol! The town was isolated for long time: it could only be reached by a funicular until 1959, the year in which a highway was constructed, connecting it with the valley. The position on the slope of the mountains with little residential construction makes it a real jewel inside the Valley of the Inn, surrounded by the tops of the Oetztaler Alps that reach 3400m. The particular geographical characteristics of Fendels make it a real paradise for nature enthusiasts, and have helped to protect the town from a massive tourist invasion. Fendels is famous for the hospitality of its people. There are large hotels and luxury residences; all the tourists are received in small private residences like villas and apartments managed by families.
Fendels is an ideal place to spend vacation all year round.
The region is unique for winter sports. The town is on the sunny side of the Alps with an altitude of 1350 meters. The ski area is on the North side, on the glacier of the Kaunertal. Large forests surround and protect the area. The town is perfectly connected to the ski zone thanks to the transportation and mechanical lifts. The 14km of tracks, the day-care centre, the snowboard arena and the night lighting of the tracks assure a perfect stay and entertainment for the whole family.
In summer, on the other hand, Fendels is an ideal spot for trekkers, climbers, mountain bikers, and for those who just want to relax. The real protagonists are the children: Bibiland Park offers entertainment, games and activities for all seasons of the year.
