The 2 floors buildings are in a distance of approx. 30 m from each other and comprise 85 rooms. The access to rooms on the ground floor is via 4-5 steps. Rooms on the 1st floor are reachable by the stairs only as there is no elevator.

The hotel has an ideal location, on a large lot, between the blue sea and the fertile hills, in the settlement of Ormos at the northern part of the city. It is in front of a nice bay, offering guests a spectacular view on Aghios Nikolaos, with easy access to the beach, shops and taverns, only 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city centre and only 200 meters approx from a bus stop.
