Bien ubicado, espacioso y en buen estado. Por otro lado, mal olor en planta baja, escaleras muy empinadas, ducha peligrosa pues el agua se reposa y es fácil resbalarce.

The apartment was very well, appointed, clean and in a great location. The only issue was with the noise level, but that could not be avoided as the block next door was being redeveloped at the time.

The four of us were very comfortable in the apartment. The location was excellent for touring although a little too close to the action for an undisturbed sleep. The stairs were difficult with the suitcases. Would stay there again.

Nice flat. Everything as per web page. Location vise good but not exellent. 3rd floor and long walk up by stairs - was no problem for us but can be some issue for older people. Contact person was 100% helpfull and in general we enjoyed staying in this apartament

Abbastanza accogliente un pò chiassoso alla mattina se uno vuol dormire fino a tardi letti un pò piccoli bagno molto piccolo a parte questo tutto bene

L'alloggio non è male.....solo il bagno lascia un pò a desiderare poichè è praticamente un piatto doccia dove c'è un lavandino ed un water! La posizione è ottima come la pulizia! Lo consiglio...

The street is noisy, but we got used to it. Manel was always helpful and courtious,and gave us extra sheets when we had guests.

The flat is really nice and so the area where it is settled. Luckly I did not bump into any robber.. And it was a good chance for physical work out due to the stairs to the third floor... ciao

Nice spacious apartment - very convenient for the centre and nicely comfortable - quite well equipped but no sign of the hair dryer for the 3 girls in our party or (less importantly to us) the juicer mentioned. It's up 60 steep steps as well - we counted them as we trudged up - and there was quite a lot of noise from the street during the night - can't believe how many motor scooters there are around in the early hours - and walls are thin. Area is good, though, with a 5 minute walk to Las Ramblas and a large market at either end of the street - plus convenient access to tube station at St Antoni. Certainly felt we were part of the city rather than being stuck in a hotel. I reckon we would definitely consider staying here again

Contact person very nice and helpful. Apartment is attractively furnished, spacious, well equipped and in a very good central location 5 mins walk from Liceu metro on the Ramblas. However it is actually on the third floor above ground level not what we would call the 2nd floor in the UK! Noisy at night from the street and surrounding apartments, this is probably the same whereever you stay in the centre and a pair of earplugs soon sorts that out :-) I really liked this apartment and would stay there again. Excellently-located flat five minutes walk west from the Ramblas and one of the most roomy and quiet we found in this price range. The area is safe to walk at night and has great markets and small shops nearby including a bakery just downstairs so you don't have to stagger far for your morning rolls. We really appreciated being able to walk back to the flat when we were tired of sightseeing to sit in the comfortable living room and relax. The second (twin bed) bedroom is less comfortable than the first (double), but adequate. Don't expect great luxury in the bathroom (no separate shower pan and you have to use the mop provided) but it all works fine and there is plenty of hot water. English visitors may want to bring teabags and even a teapot for long stays - otherwise relax and enjoy the coffee maker! Note you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The area has a lot of immigrants of many nationalities and one bonus is plenty of phone / email points. It's not the centre of the tourist hotel area, which we found all to the good. The landlord speaks good English. Recommended!

Das Bad in der Wohnung müßte vergrößert und renoviert werden. Wenn in der Wohnung 4 Personen unterkommen wird es sehr, sehr eng. Wir waren nur zu 2. ......und auch sehr unglücklich mit den Verhältnissen im Bad.. so das wir fast keine Lust mehr hatten ein Dusche wahr zu nehmen :-(
